Meet the team
Luxury Lodge Estates is nothing without the 300 team members that look after our owners and guests and make our estates and hotels tick. From our Head Office to our hotel kitchens, here are some of the enthusiastic and passionate members of our team who all share our values for hard work and success.
Ross began his career at The Ritz Hotel, London before working at some of the most prestigious estates and destinations in the luxury leisure sector. After time in Ireland and also at The Cotton House on the exclusive private Caribbean island of Mustique, Ross returned to the UK in 2003 as Hotel Manager at the 5 star, award-winning The Chester Grosvenor. After 10 successful years, Ross decided that it was time for a new challenge and travelled to the North East of England to restore Seaham Hall on the rugged Durham Heritage Coastline to its former glory. After considerable investment, and the appointment of a hand-picked, passionate management team, Ross has reinvigorated the hotel which is now recognised as one of the finest regional spa destinations in the UK.
Stephen’s entire career has been spent working in customer service and 'customer centred' sales, firstly with leading manufacturers in the motor industry and, for the last decade, in the luxury leisure and holiday sector.
“I have been fortunate enough over the years to enjoy some great success as part of some truly brilliant teams. That success can be seen in financial performances and the awards we’ve won together. But the true measure of success for me is creating and supporting a fully engaged and fulfilled team. This has had real-life positive impact – not just with the transformation of our estates, but the experiences we provide for the families that choose to stay with us and the shareholders that have invested in us.”
Nathan heads up our recruitment department and coming from a teaching and sports coaching background, he knows all about the importance of teamwork. Throughout his career Nathan’s always been a people person, he’s the face of our brand and the first point of contact for potential new staff.
“I have the opportunity to visit our stunning estates and run vibrant Assessment Days across the UK and abroad. We have a fantastic culture throughout the business and I love having the ability to employ a wide variety of people to help deliver amazing experiences to our members, guests and owners during their holidays.”
After a successful career in the Construction / Facilities industry Keith joined us over five years ago, bringing with him a combination of excellent experience and exciting new ideas. He’s quickly adapted to the leisure sector, playing an important role in our ever expanding business and the development of our estates.

Head Office Financial Controller
Shaun has over 25 years’ experience in finance and financial planning. As part of his role he’s responsible for overseeing the finances of our new development projects, monitoring progress and making sure they keep within budget. Whilst there is always an emphasis on delivering value, high standards and quality are paramount.

Estate Manager, Brunston Castle
After helping to run the family business and raise her family, Eileen joined The National Trust for Scotland, working at Culzean Castle and Country Park. Her role included recruiting new members to the Trust and also working in the park’s retail operation. Eileen left Culzean Castle for another National Trust for Scotland property: Robert Burns Heritage Park in Alloway, before joining the reception team at Brunston Castle. After eight years with us, she is now Brunston Castle Estate Manager.
Head of Membership Services
Anne-Marie has been a member of the Luxury Lodge Estate team since we were founded in 1997 and today heads our experienced Membership Services team. Over the years she’s seen Luxury Lodge Estates grow from a single holiday park to the multi-holiday destination we have become today. So as you can imagine, she’s seen our membership grow significantly too.

Freelance Digital Marketing Executive
Deirdre began her career in email marketing after completing her degree in computing in London. In an exciting career to date she’s worked for some of the world’s most famous luxury and influential brands including Bauer, Molton Brown and Expedia. After a short career break to raise her son, Deirdre joined the Luxury Lodge Estate team in late 2016 and was immediately tasked with improving the booking experience for our customers as well as boosting the company’s digital presence. Most recently she has managed the launch of this exciting new website - and she’s understandably proud of the result.
Hotel Manager, The County Hotel Bath
After studying Hotel Catering and Institution Operations, Erin went onto a Management training scheme with Best Western. She then joined LLE in 2000 as a waitress at Burn Park where her career advanced via Restaurant Manager, Reception Manager and then Duty Manager before applying all her knowledge and experience to her role as Manager of our prestigious County Hotel, Bath in 2009.

Estate Manager, Whitbarrow Village
Eryn started her career in the hospitality industry in Belfast, while she was still studying English Literature at Queens University. Following four years working in a city centre boutique hotel, she made the decision to return to the Lake District where she grew up. Having now been at Whitbarrrow Village and Hotel for two years, Eryn is loving being back in the Lakes. She originally started as a Receptionist before taking the role of Assistant Manager fifteen months ago. She’s thoroughly enjoying the challenge and seeing the estate continue to grow and improve.
Estate Manager, Whitbarrow Village
Julie began her career with Pontins Holidays and has worked in the hospitality industry for over thirty years. During her thirteen years with Pontins, Julie worked in numerous managerial roles, before finally progressing to Head of Personnel across their sites in Blackpool, Torquay and Jersey. For the next nine years Julie owned and ran her own hotel and won Hotel of the Year in both 2003 and 2004. Julie has now been with us at Whitbarrow Village for over eight years and has loved seeing the estate move from strength to strength during her time here.
Estate Manager, Burn Park
Lisa started at Clowance Estate in 2009 as a part time Kitchen porter – washing dishes and assisting the chefs. She quickly progressed through waitressing and reception roles before joining our management training scheme. This saw her work in every department, from maintenance to grounds to accounts before finally successfully applying for the role of Estate Manager at Burn Park.

Having recently joined the team as Estate Manager at Clowance I am very excited to be working with the team to deliver truly memorable experiences for our guests. Before joining the Luxury Lodge team I had been working in France as an Area Manager for a Tour Operator before progressing to Overseas Operations manager; during this time I gained invaluable experience in hospitality management and delivering an amazing holiday experience for guests. There a some exciting times coming up at Clowance and I am looking forward to leading the team through the growth and development that the estate will be going through.
